This course explores bodyweight movements, designed to improve foundational strength, flexibility, and motor control. It includes four, ninety minute sessions, which are a distillation of, and based entirely on, the GMB Elements 8 week online program.

The course is planned for progress, including 3 fundamental movements: Bear; Monkey; and Frogger; plus 9 more variations; transitions; and flow. These movements are essential for learning bodyweight skill practice at its most root level.

The course aims to identify primary movement barriers: wrist flexibility/strength; shoulder flexibility/strength; and lower back/hip flexibility/strength. The GMB method emphasises mindful movement training for correct and steady progress.
