Not sure of which starting option is right for you, or your team? For total newbies, the best place to start is GMB Locomotion.  However, there are no hard and fast rules., please get in touch for advice!

Read the  Terms & Conditions for Coaching, and note that Duo and Group coaching is only offered on the basis that participants organise their own duos and groups - please make sure your team is 100% committed and ready to go. Check the coaching timetable for available session times.
foundational mobility
Improve foundational strength, flexibility, and motor control. These sessions introduce the movements included in the GMB Elements online program, essential for learning bodyweight skill practice at its most root level..

Learn the Bear, Monkey, and Frogger; plus variations, transitions, and flow. Coaching sessions aim to identify primary movement barriers relating to strength and flexibility of wrists;  shoulders; and lower back/hips.

The GMB method emphasises mindful movement training for correct and steady progress.


These sessions are suitable for beginner through to advanced level and for anyone also considering following up independently with  GMB Elements Online.

The coaching program is modified and paced according to individual levels, and participants are welcome to repeat the program with the view to layered progress.


GMB Foundational Mobility Coaching
10  x 45 min sessions

bodyweight strength
Expand range of motion while getting stronger. 
Learn classic bodyweight exercises and variations. Coaching sessions aim to identify base training levels for each movement included in the GMB Integral Strength system.

Movements include progressions for Chin-up, Inverted Press, Push-up, L-Sit, Shrimp Squat, Bridge, Broad Jump and Hollow Body. Progress from base levels is acheived through application of the GMB method and mindful practice.

These sessions are suitable for beginner to intermediate level and for anyone also considering following up independently with  GMB Integral Strength Online .

The coaching program is modified and paced according to individual levels, and participants are welcome to repeat the program with the view to layered progress

Healthy posture, balance, coordination, strength, flexibility, stability, agility, power, endurance, mind-body connection, fluidity in movement.

Dynamic sessions of Animal FlowⓇ quadruped and ground-based locomotion, incorporating: Wrist Mobilisation; Activations; Form Specific Stretches; Traveling Forms; Switches and Transitions; and Flow. Fun, challenging, multi-planar fitness.


These sessions are suitable for beginner to advanced level participants. They are also designed to complement Animal FlowⓇ courses and classes on offer, and are an invaluable face-to-face experience combined with the Animal FlowⓇ Instructional Video .
