Animal Flow® Practice | 60 mins

Classes are entirely based on Animal Flow® fitness training including a variety of practice drills and basic to complex flows, in order to continue to perfect previously learnt movements, and to maintain and increase fitness, focussing on endurance, strength, mobility, flexibility and motor control. This class is by invitation only and is open to those who have successfully completed the Animal Flow® Beginners Course,  or participated in Animal Flow® personal training . If you would like to join this class and you have trained in all of the Level One Animal Flow® movements, face to face, with another Certified Animal Flow® Instructor, please get in touch.
