Perfomance Stretch

A tailored and structured series of workshops focusing on progressions according to a specific athletic purpose, including powerful releases for hips, lower body and upper body using  Stretch Therapy™ techniques. Workshop-style classes include solo and partner stretches. Suitable for sports people and performers in order to experience significant positive progress to increase mobility and range of movement for better performance.
