Classes are entirely based on Animal Flow® fitness training including a variety of practice drills and basic to complex flows, in order to continue to perfect previously learnt movements, and to maintain and increase fitness, focussing on endurance, strength, mobility, flexibility and motor control. This class is by invitation only and is open to those who have successfully completed the Animal l Flow® Beginners Course,  or participated in Animal l Flow® personal training.  If you would like to join this class and you have trained in all of the Level One Animal l Flow® movements, face to face, with another Certified Animal l Flow® Instructor, please get in touch.

Kettlebells teach movement that is better, stronger, and safer. Kettlebell exercise is highly efficient and is holistically beneficial to fitness and wellbeing, including mobility, stability and strength which are all required for flexibility!  Participants without any exercise experience are welcome. ​​
