CLASS CHECKLIST

​​ Reserve your place ​​
Advance reservations are required for all types of movement sessions. For regular weekly classes, please indicate your dates during checkout.  For assistance contact Helen .

Safety
The ability to move around on the floor and between standing positions and floor positions, safely and independently, is a prerequisite for all types of classes, workshops and courses..

Arrive early to start on time
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the start of a session. Before the session, bring to the attention of the coach any questions or concerns that you may have.

Work-out wear
Please wear appropriate gym footwear, comfortable exercise clothing and layer up in cooler months. Note that Stretch Therapy™, Animal Flow®, and GMB™ locomotion sessions are conducted without shoes.

Bring an exercise mat
Please bring your own exercise mat or two if you prefer, for your personal use during Stretch Therapy™ sessions, and other classes where floor stretches, mobility and release work is included. Mats are not required for Kettlebell, Animal Flow® and GMB™ locomotion sessions.

Stay hydrated
Please bring a water bottle and drink plenty of water, especially during hot weather.

Mobile phones
Please switch phones off or to silent during any type of session, and keep phones stored away from the immediate movement space.

Listen to the coach
Please pay close attention to all instructions by the coach with regards to exercise form and technique so we can best eliminate the risk of avoidable injuries and to generally maintain a safe exercise environment.
