Reserve your place in class 
Advance class reservations required for all classes via email, please contact Helen. 

Safety
The ability to move around on the floor and between standing positions and floor positions, safely and independently, is a prerequisite for all classes.

Arrive early to start on time
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the start of a session. Before the class, bring to the attention
of the teacher any questions or concerns that you may have regarding the immediate class.

Work-out wear
Please wear appropriate gym footwear, comfortable exercise clothing and layer up in cooler months. Note that Stretch Therapy™ and Animal Flow® classes are conducted without shoes.


Bring an exercise mat
Please bring your own exercise mat or two if you prefer, for your personal use.

Stay hydrated
Please bring a water bottle and drink plenty of water, especially during hot weather.

Mobile phones
Please switch phones off or to silent during class, and keep phones stored away from the immediate
exercise space.

Listen to the teacher
Please pay close attention to all instructions by the teacher with regards to exercise form and technique so we can best eliminate the risk of avoidable injuries and to generally maintain a safe exercise environment.
